We stand behind our gear. If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you have 30 days to send back unused items. If the packaging is opened but unused, we charge a small restock fee (15%) to cover inspection. Optics and night vision are final sale – we can’t resell them once the seal is broken. If something arrives defective, get in touch immediately; we’ll make it right.
